Right to retract

It is imperative to respect the withdrawal period of 14 days!! To exercise this right, after contacting our services, return the item(s) in the original packaging, intact, attaching any accessories, instructions for use and a photocopy of the invoice with the reason. of the product return(s). The product(s) must be returned by the shipping method of the customer's choice, the return costs remaining at the customer's expense.

Services or products made especially for the consumer (software configuration, drone approval, etc.) and/or specially ordered (commonly called "special order" or "non-catalog order) are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot give subject to a refund.

Pre-ordered products (indicated in stock with the supplier), ordered specially for the consumer, cannot give rise to cancellation or return for reimbursement.

Only new products returned as a whole and in perfect condition for resale with their original packaging will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the consumer's expense.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the HELIDIGITAL company will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

The consumer will then be reimbursed by recrediting their bank account (secure transaction) in the case of payment by bank card, or by transfer in other cases.
