Shipping times
Any order placed AFTER 12:00 p.m. (noon) will only be processed the next day. Packages are generally shipped the same day for all orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (noon), with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Standard delivery by tracked letter, without signature : 1 to 6 working days
Standard delivery by Colissimo*, with or without signature : 2 to 3 working days
Express delivery, by Chronopost, with signature : max. 2 working days
*The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature within 48 hours. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, the same for sending by Chronopost. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each order.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken to protect fragile items.
